Thracian Cliffs is situated on the north Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, between the villages Topola and Bozhurets and between the resorts Balchik and Kavarna. The complex includes a championship 18 holes golf course, club house with driving range, yacht port, residence buildings, villas and several hotels with a luxurious SPA centre.
The golf course is designed by Gary Player from Gary Player Design, a world leader in golf course design. Gary Player asserts that the course in Thracian Cliffs will definitely become one of the best golf resorts in Europe.
The tee box and green areas have been chosen ingeniously, in a precise and artistic manner. The course comprises 164 hectares of Black Sea panoramic terrain, stretching over 4,5 km along the coast
The golf course includes a Golf club house, comprising an area of 3 000 sq. m. The club offers spacious conference halls for meeting before or after an intriguing golf play. There are also two restaurants, one with more formal atmosphere, and the other being more casual. The cocktail bar, with its fireplace and terraces, overlooks the 18th hole and the sea horizon.

Thracian Cliffs Golf & Spa Resort is a closed type private golf course, offering membership for an annual fee.
